I like that this is an inexpensive yet sturdy shoehorn. It works great! Since it is plastic, I am sure it can break, but I have had metal ones that came apart — so I prefer this one!!

I have three of these, and use them all the time. At age 77 it gets harder to reach down! Carry one in the car for golf shoes, one in bedroom and one at the door leaving the house. Well suited for their mission.

I’ve had a short shoehorn BUT at my age (84)i, it was difficult to reach the shoe so when I bought this I hoped it would do the job & guess what? It’d the easiest to use. Good pruce, value. And I’m totally satisfied with it. It’ll probably last a long. Thanks.

Once upon a time, I was flexible and had great balance. That time has gone. These days, I consider it a ‘win’ if I don’t lose my balance putting on my pants. And instead of just bending over while standing to tie my shoes, now I sit and bring them up to me. Who cares if they’re tied on the side? These long shoehorns are just the ticket for people like me.I love everything about them. They’re a perfect length to put on your shoes while seated in a chair or on the edge of your bed, and you won’t even have to bend. Perfect if you have arthritis, back problems, or are a little plump.They come up to almost the crook of my knee, so if you can reach back there while standing, you can probably even use these while standing. Of course, after you slip them on, you’ll still have to figure out a way to tie them. (Spouses and kids are great for this.)They’re sturdy enough, without being overly thick and clunky. They’re lightweight, and have a giant hole at the end, so you can hang it or spin it on your finger like, I don’t know… on second thought, maybe it’s just for hanging.I love that these are made in the USA. Whenever I can support US companies, I’m happy to do it.

I purchased these for help with putting on tall boots and not pulling my socks funny. These will also be great for those who can’t bend over very well and need the extra length of a shoe horn.
