Tested a spot and it seems to work well
Tested a small area on a shoulder bag an it seemed to work well. Haven’t had time to do the rest but I think it’s going to work well.

Renewed purses
I have two Coach purses that are at least 30 years old and were scratched and worn. One is black, the other is a Burgundy brown. I first cleaned them with the Leather Honey cleaner and then applied the conditioner. I let them sit overnight and then buffed with a rag. They turned out beautifully. Color is enhanced, scratches, while not gone, are muted. I intend to repeat this in a month or so since the leather seemed to just soak up the conditioner. Next time I will heat the conditioner since it is very thick so that it spreads easier. I am very happy with the product.

Nothing magical happened to my older leather sofa
I have two older, matching leather sofas that have faded over time. I purchased the concentrated version of this Leather Honey cleaner so that I could spray it on my sofa for easier application. I’d spray a small section at a time, rub it around with a leather cleaning brush that I bought from an alternate vendor (because it was softer) then wipe it off with a microfiber towel. When wet, all the cracks in the leather appear prominently but then disappear after the cleaner dries. I’m sure that this cleaner does work as the leather on my cleaned sofa is less shiny (before applying any conditioner) than my yet uncleaned matching sofa. I must say though that the sofa still shows the same fade marks as before. I didn’t expect miracles but hoped that maybe the faded areas would darken a little. I plan to clean my matching sofa with the same Leather Honey cleaner but will be using a conditioner from an alternate vendor (see my review of the Leather Honey conditioner).

Works!
I have a pair of expensive Ugh boots. They had been in storage while building our home. Some mice had gotten in and left little dots on the leather. I took them to our local shoe repair shop and they said there was no hope. So I picked them up. I almost bought a new pair and thought I would try to remove the stains myself. This worked! I applied it about 3 times. Letting it dry in between each time and scrubbing again. By the 3rd time the spots were gone and my boots were new again! Worth the money!

Seems ok
A bit too watery for me. Then once the seal was opened, the cap didn’t hold. Spilled a big puddle on the sofa while i was do another section…seems to have conditioned the sofas nicely despite those issues.

It does do it’s job, but…
I ordered this product a couple weeks ago after reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews – both good and bad. I decided to order both the Leather Honey cleaner and conditioner mainly because of the large amount of positive reviews. Now its my turn to review the products.First off, both products arrived over a week before the estimated delivery time. Good job Amazon! Looking at both bottles, they are a simplistic design – almost antique looking, not showy but not bland, i actually quite like the look myself. The instructions are fairly basic, but easy to follow and make perfect sense.Leather Honey cleaner:I bought the 8oz bottle which comes concentrated, so i used a spray bottle and filled it with the recommend amount of water and Leather Honey Cleaner written on the back of the bottle, shook it up and it was ready to go. The bottle states that you put 2 tablespoons of cleaner to one cup of water, i found that i needed to put 3 tablespoons of cleaner to a cup of water because i couldn’t get the cleaner to actually get in the leather and lift the dirt and grim – not until i put in the 3rd tablespoon. I used a brush to clean my leather car seats just because the brush can help get into the leather easier and bring up the dirt and grime. You will need to use a fair bit of elbow-grease for the product to work, but it does work. My leather is 24 years old – not ripping/tearing or anything, but is old, and the cleaner was nice and gentle on the leather, no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaner (as far as i am aware.) But the product does work.Leather Honey Conditioner:Now the conditioner. As the name suggest, it is thick like honey, almost unpleasantly thick. Many people said you don’t need to use gloves when applying the conditioner, but i would recommend using them as the conditioner is thick, it leaves a thin layer over your hands. When washing your hands it takes longer than it should as it is almost like cleaning oil or butter off of your hands, takes a while as the conditioner seems to repel the water. I used a rag to apply the conditioner as it was easier rather than a brush. The conditioner goes on pretty tough, so you will need to use some elbow-grease to spread it evenly over the leather. Some of the lower starred reviews, they stated that light coloured leather (like mine – cream colour) gets stained a darker colour than the original colour, and the company is aware of this too as they state on the back that some leathers may change colour, but over time will return back to the original colour. I didnt have this problem, so i’m not sure about the colour changing. The bottle also states that you leave the conditioner on the seats over night and wipe off the excess the next day, so thats what i did. The excess does wipe of, but it is tough because of the thick consistency. I found that it didn’t leave a sticky feel, and it also leaves a nice shine. I sort of have a love/hate thought on this product because, yes it does condition the seats (made mine nice and soft and almost brought the life back to them) but it is thick and hard to evenly spread across the leather.Final opinion:The leather cleaner is a non harsh chemical product that helps to clean seats, and yes it does clean the seats, but you have to use some elbow grease, and i found i needed to add more concentrated cleaner per cup of water to have the product have some more effect to the leather. Like i said earlier, my car seats are 24 years old, and being sitting in the Australian sun its whole life, they were very dry, so the cleaner helped clean and bring moisture back to the seats. The conditioner, would i use it again, yes, but would i use it on a ferrari… probably not. The thick, almost unpleasant consistency makes it difficult to spread evenly over the seats, but it also does its job, conditions and brings life back to the seats, and thats what a leather conditioner is meant to do.

Great Product!
Wow! The Leather Honey cleaned my leather boots! I thought I would have to scrub to get the stains off, but it was an easy clean using a soft rag. I highly recommend this product!

Works just OK
This solution got out some light stains and if you work it really hard it can get out some of the darker stains however there are still many stains I couldn’t get out with this. Overall just worked ok for the leather seats and dash in my car… not the miracle cleaner all the reviews make it out to be. The viscosity of this liquid is very thin where it leaks and spills out of the squeeze bottle. I’ve already wasted a bunch from the leaks and spills. It’s better suited for a spray bottle instead of squeeze bottle. A bit overpriced for the results and likely will not buy again after I spill the rest of the bottle.

Powerful, versatile cleaner
I have a pair of work boots that is *severely* stained from my workplace. This is the only leather cleaner I’ve tried that has even taken a bite out of the staining, much less restored some natural color. I’ve tried products from Kiwi, Bickmore and Redwing and none have cleaned as effectively as the Leather Honey. That said, there are a couple of caviats. Here are my thoughts after using this product on multiple items, trying out different techniques.Following the directions (diluting, applying to cloth then wiping leather) is useful for lightly soiled items with perhaps some embedded dirt, scuffs or grime that a brush alone cannot remove. This method will clean and preserve the original color/stain/dye of the leather. It will not penetrate the surface much at all. Good, if your item isn’t too dirty, and for large surface applications (like leather upholstery). My boots were indeed demonstrably clean, but the stains had not been touched.I also tried using a horse hair dauber brush to apply and scrub the cleaner on my boots. This is a bit messy, as the diluted solution is just about as thin and runny as water. It does however develop a thin lather with scrubbing, and penetrates deeply into the leather. This is how I got to the stains on my boots. I wish I had a before picture to show the difference. A note of caution: using this method will also remove some dye and any surface finish or shoe polish on your item. Shoes will absolutely need new polish applied, and the leather will need conditioning as well.Overall, this is a powerfully versatile leather cleaner. A little does really go a long way. My only criticism is that it doesn’t smell the best. Not bad, just not great. I strongly recommend following up the use of this product with Leather Honey Conditioner for an incredibly supple end result. The boot in the photo has not had polish reapplied, but has been conditioned using Leather Honey Conditioner. The other half of the pair was cleaned with Kiwi saddle soap as a comparison, before being cleaned again using the Leather Honey and was still drying at the time of this review.

A product worth reviewing!
This is honestly the best leather cleaning and conditioning product I’ve ever tried. It just brings the life back like it’s brand new almost! In the first 2 pictures you can see what it looks like with the conditioner on vs without. I read a lot of reviews before I bought this and wanted to repeat a comment I saw in one of them with regards to the drying time for the conditioner. The instructions say 2 hours at least and the person stated 1-2 days are better. I have to agree with that. After 1 day of sitting, there was still residue, so I wiped both couches again with a dry cloth, let it sit another day. And it was just perfect. You can buy plenty of products at the grocery store to “clean” your leather, or you can spend a little more on this product and do it right! It just looks amazing!

Amazing for motorcycle jackets!
Instead of buying a new jacket, I wanted to restore my boyfriends dad’s old jacket for him since I could tell underneath the leather was still in great condition. This cleaner was amazing at getting off bugs and sticky stuff and did not hard the leather at all. I used same brand conditioner after and then recolored it with Clyde’s. After long rides I use a tiny amount of cleaner to get bugs off and it does not strip the color it’s awesome. Also you will get way more use out of this size bottle than expected!

Not heavy duty
My dad’s black leather jacket got some white spots on it in storage – maybe mold? Anyway, this stuff got some of the spots off, but not all, and I cleaned the jacket multiple times.

Worked really well. Very happy with the results. Spots gone.
I purchased this product to clean and restore two couches I have, both of which had a couple water discoloration spots thanks to a few party fouls at some gatherings. One couch was actually quite old, having been passed down through some friends that weren’t even the first owner. I have often thought that must have seen quite a lot considering who owned it before me. The leather on this couch was starting to get brittle and beginning to show some evidence of cracking at the creases. Full disclosure, I bought the leather honey conditioner about a week ago, and when I read the instructions I decided to buy the cleaner also and use it first. I’m super happy with both and will post a review on the conditioner as well, but this review is about the cleaner. This is a concentrate and must be mixed with water at 2 tablespoons per cup. One thing I would say is a little bit goes a long way. I mixed up a full cup intending to just do the older couch first, then tackle one piece of the much newer living room set later. After cleaning the first couch, and very thoroughly, I still had 6 of my 8 oz of mix left so I ended up doing all the living room set at the same time. I’d recommend starting with a half cup or less on your first try, it is super simple to mix up so no biggie if you run out.Application was easy, just wipe it on, taking care not to saturate. The older couch is of the type with some extra material, sort of pleated and wrinkly so it took some extra attention to get all the nooks and crannies. When I was done however, what a difference! it already looked 100 percent better than it did. I guess I had no idea how dirty it really was being a black couch. I’m really impressed with how it performed, and will definitely recommend and use again. The application I made dried in about 2 hours, I gave it a full 18 before putting the conditioner on just to make sure but by 3 hours it felt totally dry and the leather did not feel sticky or moist. Just for reference, I kept the room with the couch in it at 72 degrees the during the application and then the whole night, rather than letting it drop down to 65 like normal. The thought was to encourage the evaporation. As it seems i probably didn’t need to but it is worth mentioning.Anyway, really happy with how it turned out, and the furniture in the living room turned out great too. I have conditioned the older couch with the Leather Honey conditioner, but haven’t had time to do the conditioner on the living room furniture. I’ll leave a review on the conditioner as well, but it also worked really well.

Works better on vinyl and plastic parts of a car interior than the leather
I have a Lexus SC430 convertible with Ecru soft white color leather. Very premium leather. The backseats are never used and have collected dust and the seatbelt in the back seats have rubbed something black stain in the leather. This product will not work to remove that. It also does not work that well to clean the leather either. Consistency close resembles water. It’s is not thick like a liquid soap or shampoo. I was disappointed in this product that it did not clean the leather well. The only thing that it worked to clean well is the vinyl parts and plastic parts of the interior of car. It does not moisturize, so if you are looking for a moisturizing cleaner, this is not it. I noticed after using it on all the leather seats, it left a dry look to the leather.

Cleans and conditions leather and vinyl
This cleans and conditions leather and vinyl very well. It is concentrated, so you mix it with water. I couldn’t believe how much dirt I got out of my car seats and it left them feeling soft.

Amazing Product that really works!
So I had to write a review after buying this product and using it as directed. I had a stain on my brand new burnt brown leather shoes. I was at the airport and I must have gotten hand sanitizer on them when used one of the publicly available dispensers in the airport. When I got on the plane I noticed the stains. As soon as I got home I tried som of the basic remedies but nothing was working. I came across this product on amazon and felt I had nothing to lose so I bought it. Product arrived, I used a clean microfiber cloth to spread a little bit of cleaner on the shoe. I had to apply some elbow grease but after a few seconds of rubbing I could see the stain disappearing. I did it one more time and the spotting was gone. I finished the shoe with a neutral polish and they are like new. I highly recommend this product for your leather cleaning needs.

Takes Away Scent
Purchased a used leather recliner. The recliner had strong odor of smoke.Bought this product in hopes of salvaging my chair. After application, could not smell it anymore! But, after a few weeks, noticed the smell leaching out again. Reapplied product, and no smell!May be something that needs done routinely, but for the comfort of the chair, it’s worth it to me!

A little goes a long way. Great to have
The media could not be loaded.
No color change on various leathers. Works great! With everything sub par in 2022 its a good time to take care of your shoes especially if they’re new! This might do like 10 pair. I only used a small corner of a microfiber cloth. Thought it would go much faster, it’s good ?

My brown leather, well worn, couch looks so renewed after using this product. Covers up faded and dry areas and gives the couch a nice “glow”.I also use it on my husband’s well loved recliner (about 20 years old). It too looks awesome after the clean and condition.Love this stuff. A little goes a long way!

Worked amazingly well
I got some oil stains on my Oboz hiking shoes and I wanted to try and remove them. I found this on Amazon and tried it in a non conspicuous area to check how it might affect the color, etc. if used this product. It did seem to affect the color very slightly, but I like the color better just a tad darker. The stains are completely gone and now I have a good product that I will use when I need to get leather clean.

Bought this hoping to clean a leather chair, oil spots on both arms but it did absolutely nothing. Does not clean oil spots as they claimed so if you buy it for this purpose you will be disappointed. Works good on car vinyl though.
