Okay…so I’m one of those: a vacuum aficionado! Love to take my time and perform a chore that presents instant gratification and that everyone appreciates. I’ve been down all roads…from Sebo to Kenmore to Electrolux and even to the bagged Miele. Many pals of mine have all the less expensive models and they never mention them and, frankly, I don’t blame them.I took a chance recently and ordered the CX1 Parquet, along with the TurboTeQ brush. Had never been interested in a bagless canister but thought Miele might have pulled it off with the CX1. Here are my thoughts: the suction is second to none…am blown away; the design is pretty cool; the ease when emptying the bin is wonderful…just be gentle as dust rises when debris hits the trash can; cleaning the bagless compartment is very easy and putting it all back together is a cinch; again, the suction is a.m.a.z.i.n.g; and, my only complaint, the ease at which the canister moves behind you is not very well dialed in…Miele could do better. The reason why I stated that this is a vacuum for aficionados is that you must be committed to cleaning the bagless compartment thoroughly every three or so uses. And I mean, CLEANING…emptying and rinsing and drying. For me, this works well, as I believe in taking care of things that take care of me. I actually enjoy the process. On the other hand, if you are the person who doesn’t have the time or desire to clean something that cleans for you, then go straight for a bagged Miele. In the end, I’ve never been more happy with a vacuum. Hope this insight helps…just remember that the CX1 wants to enjoy a symbiotic relationship with you! ~R

The Miele Boost CX1 PowerLine SNRF0 Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner is the most expertly engineered appliance I have ever owned. Everything is thought through, brilliantly engineered, expertly delivered, with instructions an illiterate person could follow. The bagless canister works flawlessly and the space saved seems to be devoted to the motor. It is uncannily quiet, even on the highest setting, considering how powerful it is. Everything is just where you would want it to be on this machine. There is even a special notch to hold the head and hose off the ground when you are storing it – who else would have thought of that but Miele? There are clear, language-independent symbols for everything. The vacuum is surprisingly light, and its big, integrated wheels move smoothly and turn easily. You could easily carry it from room to room with its large, comfortable carrying handle, it you wanted to. The attachments are right where you need them, at the top of the hose nearest you. As some reviewers have noted, this amazing appliance wants to be cleaned every so often, maybe monthly. It’s not that it won’t continue to work great, because when our former housekeeper used it she never cleaned it. Now that I am semi-retired and do the vacuuming, it’s just so easy to take apart, rinse off, and put back together that I just find myself saying, “Why not keep is sparkling?”

I have only had this vacuum for a short period of time, but so far I love it. This is the second miele I have owned and I am a fan of the brand. I have 2 dogs so this is why I chose the cat & dog series. The wand telescopes and it is plenty long. It comes with 2 large attachments and 3 small. I have used both of the large ones. The one for hardwood floors glides along easily and picks up hair and dirt. There is also a power attachment for carpets. You do have to draw the vacuum head back towards yourself. It is just like a carpet shampooer in this way. If you try to go back and forth while using this head it will not work. This power attachment work great and sucked up tons of dirt from my area rugs. I am happy with this vacuum!

I just had brand new carpets installed no less than 2 weeks ago. I’ve been vacuuming daily with my old vacuum but the amount of crap this new one just pulled up – on a brand new carpet – is honestly staggering. Very comfortable/easy to maneuver and it’s not as awkward to carry as you’d imagine.

This is the perfect vacuum if you are someone who needs to sprint around the house. It’s light and easy to empty.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner in January and I’ve been using it daily due to my housekeeping job. It’s been FANTASTIC!! Love the fact that is bagless and the suction is absolutely incredible!! So strong!! It’s very easy to empty the canister and clean the filters. The hose can extend pretty long which I also LOVE, don’t have to band over as much since I’m 6”1’. Highly recommend this product! I should have bought this earlier that’s my only regret! It makes a big difference in my life!! It’s worth every penny!!

I love this vacuum. I’ve been through 5 Dyson machines. No more. I’m done. This Miele is powerful, adorable, sooo much easier to maneuver.Emptying the canister is easy. Love the multiple power settings. The only ‘complaints’ …. The attachment holder is wonky, doesn’t stay on and gets in the way of the handle. I miss having them easy to grab and stored on the unit. I also had to purchase the power head to better clean my rugs. But it’ll be a part of all the attachments. I’m sure I will use them all.Wonderful purchase. Very happy.

Expensive but well worth the money on the first day. Cleans hard floors and carpets no problem. Suction is so strong I vacuumed my washable area rug using the curtain setting. Just remember to clean out the fine dust from inside the trash bin. In my case there was a LOT! I have 3 dogs and they drag in fine dirt. I just used a soft paint brush out side to sweep it away.

As the president of the International Vacuums that Suck (up a lot of dust) association I can tell you this vacuum is not only awesome but it also sucks (up a lot of dust). If you have dust in your home and need the most amazing vaccum that sucks (up a lot of dust) this is the one for you. It’s super easy to maneuver, has incredible speed features, is a great value for money and wow does it ever suck (up a lot of dust). I’ve used other vacuums that don’t suck (up a lot of dust) but this one was different as it sucks (up a lot of dust) better than any other vacuum I’ve had. In fact I’ve never had a vacuum that sucked (up a lot of dust) the way this vacuum sucks (up a lot of dust). It’s the only vacuum you should buy if you need to suck (up a lot of dust).Trust me. This vaccum sucks (up a lot of dust).

This Vacuum is the best. Years ago I owned a Meile in Europe and loved it. Hated buying the bags, but loved it. When I came back stateside I had the Dyson animal and an Electrolux. I have had Huskeys, Pyrenees and German Shepards… THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST EVER! More suction than ANY other vacuum. Easiest canister empty process. Does not feel like it’s going to crack, has a great system with the brush to clean the MULTIPLE filters. Hands down the best on the market. Well worth the price. I will probably never ever buy another vacuum again. This is 100% what you want for ALL vacuuming needs.
